本案為聖和府邸酒店頂層之私人行政豪宅，戶內使用面積約300坪(1200平米)，包含約60坪(155平米)之豪華露臺。其寬大的露台可眺望基地旁的「南京中國近代史遺址博物館」，即南京民國政府之總統府。

聖和府邸酒店為南京市中心之五星酒店，與緊鄰的南京六朝博物館(原建康都城遺址)同一基地，皆為貝聿銘建築師主持之貝氏事務所設計，並於2015年中旬開幕。

This interior design project is locating on the top floor of the Grand Mansion Hotel in central Nanjing, it is also the private execution suite. The total private area is about 300pin(1200m2), including a 60pin(155m2) canopy, which is facing the Nanjing Museum of Modern Chinese History, used to be the Presidential Palace of China central government before WWII.

​The Grand Mansion is a high-end luxury hotel in central Nanjing, beside The Oriental Metropolitan Museum (original Nanjing Ancient City Ruins), both  designed by I.M. Pei & Associates, and opened in the middle of 2015.
